Frequently asked questions for owners abroad
Do I have to travel to Spain to get started?
No. The whole set-up is done remotely: video call, WhatsApp and electronic signature. The only physical step —a set of keys— we arrange with whoever you tell us.
Can I still use my flat when I come over?
Of course, it's yours. Block off whichever dates you like from the app and enjoy it; the rest of the year we put it out to earn. You decide when it's available.
How do I know my flat is being looked after while I'm away?
We're a local team with an office in Benidorm. After every stay we clean, run an inventory check and make sure everything's in order. We handle any issue ourselves and keep you informed.
Can I be paid into my overseas account?
Yes. We pay you by bank transfer every month with a full breakdown. And we'll point you in the right direction on non-resident tax for renting in Spain, so you stay above board.
And the tourist licence as a foreigner?
We handle it for you, just as we do for any owner. You don't need to get to grips with Valencian regulations: we take care of the certificate, the registration number and everything else.
